Paula Eakins, M.Sc. is a sought after food stylist and culinary instructor specializing in delivering gourmet plant-based cooking exhibitions throughout the United States, Canada and Caribbean for over 29 years with a laser-beam focus on cancer. In addition, she is the telecast co-host (with husband Curtis) of Abundant Living, a lively lifestyle medicine/plant-based cooking show aired worldwide on Three Angels Broadcasting Network (3ABN) for 27 years and currently the longest running show in the history of this network.
Two of her (along with husband Curtis) recent cancer conferences as guest speaker prior to COVID19 were in Barbados and Trinidad.
